Ben Hackett

As Senior Director of Product Management at Accolade, Ben specializes in bringing exceptional mobile messaging experiences to individuals as they navigate benefits and healthcare. Under his leadership, Accolade has introduced secure mobile functionality that allows members to engage easily in their health and well-being and get the help they need to achieve better health and financial outcomes. Ben was named to Puget Sound Business Journal’s 2018 “40 under 40,” which recognizes dynamic leaders in the business community under the age of 40.

Prior to joining Accolade in 2016, Ben co-founded jydo, an IoT platform that helps facility managers monitor and control thousands of conference room devices.

Jennifer Nishio

As Senior Director of Business Development at Accolade, Jen is responsible for Accolade’s national strategy with consultants and brokers, and manages a team focused on building and nurturing relationships with those supporting employers of all sizes in their HR benefits strategies. Jen joined Accolade in 2017 from Collective Health, where she led the company’s early sales and channel efforts and managed the sales support teams, including Solutions Consultants and Sales Associates. She began her career at Mercer and her previous experience also includes in-house management of all employee health, welfare, and retirement benefit plans and compensation programs at One Kings Lane.
