PLYMOUTH MEETING, Pa. - November 2, 2015 - Accolade, the leading technology-enabled consumer healthcare engagement services company for large employers, payers and provider organizations, today announced that Rajeev Singh has joined the company as chief executive officer and member of the company's Board of Directors. Singh was most recently co-founder, president and chief operating officer of Seattle-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) travel and expense management firm Concur, the eighth-largest SaaS company in the world. Singh assumes the role from Tom Spann, who will continue to play a key role at Accolade as vice chairman of the board and chief operating officer.

Singh co-founded Concur, the global leader in travel and expense management, in 1993. His early years in the company were focused in the product management and development organizations. In the 20 years that followed, he worked in nearly every role in the business - culminating in his final role as president, chief operating officer and board director for the last nine years of his tenure. During that timeframe, the company grew from $60mm to over $800mm in revenues before eventually being acquired by SAP AG (NYSE:SAP) for $8.3 billion in 2014.

Also joining Accolade are Michael Hilton and Rob Cavanaugh. Hilton, also a Concur co-founder, will join as Chief Product Officer and oversee all product development efforts. Rob Cavanaugh, also a long-time Concur executive, has been named President of Field Operations, and will lead the company's efforts in building out a world-class go-to-market organization. As part of these new executives joining the company, Accolade will open a new office in Seattle, which will serve as a dual headquarters location along with existing headquarters outside Philadelphia.
