Todd Clardy is executive vice president and general manager of government solutions for Accolade. In this role, Clardy and his team define and deliver personalized advocacy solutions designed to help government agencies improve the health and well-being of employees and their families while reducing healthcare costs.
Prior to this role, Clardy served as executive vice president and general manager, responsible for Accolade’s business and relationships with mid-market employers (500 to 5,000 employees) and brokers in the U.S. Previously, he served as Accolade’s executive vice president of marketing responsible for defining and promoting the company’s brand promise and personal advocacy solutions to employers, consultants and health plans. He provided strategic oversight for the company’s segment and product marketing, field marketing and corporate communications initiatives.
Clardy joined Accolade from Concur, a cloud-based travel and expense management company, where he held a variety of leadership roles over 18 years, including Senior Vice President of Global Marketing. He has more than 25 years of experience in the software industry, specializing in cloud-based technologies.
Clardy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Financial Administration from Michigan State University.
