Todd Clardy

EVP, GM, Mid-Market

Todd is Executive Vice President and General Manager, responsible for Accolade’s business and relationships with mid-market employers (500 to 5,000 employees) and brokers in the U.S. In this role, Todd and his team define and deliver personalized advocacy solutions designed to help mid-market organizations improve the health and wellbeing of employees and their families while reducing healthcare costs.

Previously, Todd served as Accolade Executive Vice President of Marketing, responsible for defining and promoting the company’s brand promise and personal advocacy solutions to employers, consultants and health plans. He provided strategic oversight for the company’s segment and product marketing, field marketing, and corporate communications initiatives. Prior to this role, Todd developed Accolade’s product and segmentation strategy as the company’s Senior Vice President of Product Marketing.

Todd joined Accolade from Concur, a cloud-based travel and expense management company, where he held a variety of leadership roles over 18 years, including Senior Vice President of Global Marketing. Todd has more than 25 years of experience in the software industry, specializing in cloud-based technologies.

Todd holds a Bachelor of Arts in Financial Administration from Michigan State University.
