Dr. Talia Aron serves as Chief Medical Officer for PlushCare. Originally from Greensboro, NC, she has over 15 years of experience as a family doctor, where she built a reputation for compassionate and patient-centered care. Her educational journey at the University of North Carolina laid a strong foundation for her career, equipping her with the skills and insights necessary to excel in the medical field. Throughout her career, Dr. Aron has been involved in various professional organizations, including serving on the North Carolina Academy of Physicians board. This role allowed her to contribute to advancing healthcare practices and policies, further solidifying her commitment to improving healthcare access and quality.
Dr. Aron’s journey with PlushCare began in April 2021, a decision she considers "the greatest career decision" she ever made. At PlushCare, Dr. Aron progressed from medical director to senior medical director, driven by her passion for expanding access to virtual primary care. In her current role as Chief Medical Officer, she provides strategic leadership and oversees clinical operations, working to advance PlushCare's virtual healthcare capabilities. Dr. Aron leads a team of medical directors, physicians, and mental health professionals who share her commitment to delivering accessible healthcare. Her leadership is instrumental in creating an environment where innovation and compassion meet, focusing on quality patient care.
