Eve Stacey

As chief customer officer at Accolade, Eve Stacey drives end-to-end strategy and operational responsibility for customer success and customer experience across segments and offerings. Leveraging significant integration experience, she aligns resources across Accolade’s senior leadership team with the customer success organization to help improve customer outcomes, satisfaction and costs. Stacey also leads Accolade’s revenue strategy and operations and sales enablement functions, each of which is set up for a consistent experience for customers.

Prior to Accolade, Stacey led marketing, strategy and operations for Microsoft’s US commercial channel as the VP of Go-to-Market for the US partner group. Before that, she served as president and chief operating officer of Benevity, the global market leader in employee engagement software. At Concur, acquired by SAP, Stacey led revenue strategy and operations globally.

Stacey holds an Master of Business Administration from Harvard and a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College.
