Prior to Accolade, Lobo expanded her career-long marketing purview to include the employee value proposition. Incorporating brand strategy with HR is a timely approach in a new era where the employee experience is paramount as employees are expecting more from their work experiences. This strategic imperative is vital to help fuel market leadership regardless of industry, geography or size.
Over the last 20 years, Lobo has led brand and marketing for various Wall Street and Main Street companies powered by a guiding principle: insights rooted in stakeholder needs create not just better but differentiated value. Lobo’s multi-disciplinary background spans healthcare, financial services and consumer goods. With global understanding in wellness and culturally connected employee experiences, Lobo identifies with the Accolade customer in all its personas: employer buyer, employee user and consumer.
Lobo has served on the board of Northern Children’s Services (formerly Northern Home for Children) – a Philadelphia-based nonprofit supporting social services and on the marketing committee of the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society.
Lobo earned her Master of Business Administration from Kellogg/Northwestern University and her Bachelor of Business Administration from Loyola University.
